Do you like old school music?  Then join us for this fun, mostly low-impact aerobics class, that also incorporates some toning.  This class combines all standing cardio moves (i.e.,  knee lifts,  grapevines,  marches) with some upper body conditioning (light weights and/or exercise bands are optional )all while delighting in old-school music.  Exercise and have fun while listening to some of your favorite songs.  Instructions are easy to follow and the class is suitable for all fitness levels. Great class for all!!
