Zumba Gold® Chair

Zumba Gold® Chair is a fun dance/exercise program designed for the older active adult, true beginner, and people with limited mobility.  Our class will feature mostly Latin and world music with modified, easy to follow moves done in a chair.  We may also include classic hits from Louis Armstrong, Otis Redding, Frank Sinatra and more.  Yes - you do it all in a chair!!
